Residential - Extension & Internal Refurbishment

Teddington, Richmond upon Thames, London, UK

Completed

Set in Teddington, West London,  the project extends the existing ground floor providing a more refined and ample living space.

The ground floor extension design is characterised by the symmetrical double bifold full-height doors that opens up seamlessly to the garden.

The addition of two large skylights over the kitchen and living room brings in natural light elegantly.

Herbert Crescent

Residential - Internal Refurbishment

Knightsbridge, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London, UK

Completed - 2023

The project site is an existing apartment unit located in the highly sought-after Knightsbridge area of London. The brief was to upgrade the existing apartment unit, with the key idea of opening up the existing living area to create a more open kitchen/living/dining area.

We achieved this by reconfiguring the existing floor plan to create a more organised hierarchy of spaces. We then focused on specifying the best fittings and fixtures to provide a modern, luxurious living.

Fountain House

Residential - Internal Refurbishment

City of Westminster, London, UK

Completed - 2023

The project site is located in the affluent area of Mayfair, London. The brief was to reconfigure the existing spatial arrangement to create a more open plan layout while providing an interior design that would be stylish and elegant.

This was achieved by removing existing partitions, reconfiguring the space to provide an open plan living/dining space. By arranging the other spaces eitherside of a central hallway a clear hierarchy of spaces was created. We then specified the fittings and fixtures that would meet the client’s aspirations for modern, luxurious living.
