The existing building was a 2 storey terrace

house with an existing loft extension located in

East London.

The brief was to redesign the existing ground floor rear extension and to do an internal refurbishment of the ground and first floor.

Following the initial design stage, we decided on demolishing the existing reception room at the rear and convert the area to large, modern kitchen/dining area.
