The site is currently occupied by a single-storey retail building. The proposed volume follows the neighbouring buildings with a strong corner to establish a nice and coherent streetscape. We have designed set backs void from the main road with balconies which provides the amenities and act as a noise barrier. The design is aimed at providing high-quality residential units that are ideal for families in a new contemporary architectural setting.
