EXISTING SITE - Alexandria Street Facade

This project followed the conversion of an existing

Victorian era abandoned factory (Eagle Works).

Given the local listing of the building, we were tasked with converting the
derelict building into 48 modern apartment units whilst maintaining the
street facing facades.

Through careful, extensive planning and the addition of discrete extensions,
we managed to design a scheme with 48 generously sized apartment units.
The ambition of the desig is to provide high quality accomodation whilst
respectfully restoring the existing building, adding to the project site’s
already storied history.
