The Redevelopment of the disused southern electricity station that once connected London to the south coast, will provide 52 new high-quality, medium-density homes on this historic site. The industrial nature of the site has left a fragmented landscape, the proposal aims to respond to the surrounding newly developed schemes and strengthen its context by a series of blocks with a well-proportioned size and sense of community.
