The project revitalises a derelict site in Wimbledon with the construction of a new three-storey house, complete with a basement entertainment level. Once it became clear that the existing structure was too dilapidated to retain, a new building was designed to replace it — one that integrates seamlessly with its surrounding context.
The single-storey outhouse at the rear was conceived as a playful, contemporary summer building, nestled beneath the natural shade of the existing trees.
